SH Figuarts Toji Fushiguro Reissue: What Buyers Should Know

Quick answer

The SH Figuarts Toji Fushiguro reissue is a second production run of the Jujutsu Kaisen figure, currently offered at Tokullectibles for $70.00 against a $100.00 comparison price. It is a preorder, so you pay when you order and wait for the release. If you missed the first run and want the character in your collection, this is the practical way to get it without paying aftermarket markup.

What a reissue actually means for this figure

A reissue is a new production run of a previously released figure, not a new sculpt. For Toji Fushiguro, that means the same silhouette, articulation layout, and included accessories that defined the original release. The appeal is straightforward: you get the figure at or near its original retail price instead of tracking down a marked-up secondhand copy. The tradeoff is timing. Reissues are made to order in batches, so you commit now and receive the figure after the production and shipping cycle completes. If you need a display piece this month, a reissue will not solve that. If you simply want the character at a fair price, it is the better route.

What comes in the box and what it is built to do

The set includes the Toji Fushiguro figure and an Inventory Spirit accessory. The figure uses a movable structure designed to reproduce dynamic battle poses, and the hair is built with parts that allow natural posing during action scenes. The Inventory Spirit has been adjusted so it is easier to wrap around the figure, with thickness and width tuned for that purpose. In practice, this means you can pose Toji mid-fight with the spirit wrapped around him rather than just standing him on a shelf. If you collect Jujutsu Kaisen action figures for dynamic display, that combination is the main reason to choose this release over a static statue.

How to decide before the preorder window closes

Check three things before you commit. First, confirm the scale and height fit your existing display; if you already collect S.H.Figuarts, this will sit comfortably with other figures in the line. Second, decide whether you want the figure for posing or for a sealed collection. If you plan to open and pose it, the articulation and spirit accessory are the value. If you keep figures boxed, the reissue still gives you a clean retail-price entry. Third, note that this is a preorder with payment required at checkout, so budget for it now rather than later. If you are comparing it to the Green Ranger or Gao Knight preorders also listed, those are different franchises and scales, so pick based on what your shelf already supports.

What the reissue does not tell you

The catalog listing does not specify an exact release date, final production quantity, or whether the box art will match the original run. Those details are typically confirmed closer to release. If any of those matter to you, treat them as open questions rather than assumed facts. What is confirmed is the price, the included accessories, and the fact that this is a preorder. For most buyers, that is enough to decide.

Toji Fushiguro reissue FAQ

Is this the same figure as the original release?

Yes. A reissue is a new production run of the same sculpt and accessories, not a redesign. If you wanted the original and missed it, this is the same figure at retail price.

Do I pay now or when it ships?

This is a preorder with payment required at checkout, so you pay when you order. Budget for the $70.00 now rather than waiting for a shipping notice.

What is included besides the figure?

The set includes the Toji Fushiguro figure and an Inventory Spirit accessory adjusted for wrapping around the figure. The spirit is the key extra for dynamic poses, so plan your display around it.

Will it match my other S.H.Figuarts figures?

It is part of the S.H.Figuarts line, so it is designed to fit with other figures in that series. Check your shelf scale before ordering if you mix lines.

Is the $70.00 price temporary?

The listing shows a $70.00 price against a $100.00 comparison price, but preorder pricing can change. If the price fits your budget, order while the preorder is open.
